The Dark Raspberry flavor really is an improvement on what was already a delicious and "truly" low-carb chocolate bar. Combining the best ingredients and the best taste on the market, enjoying ChocoPerfection bars is no sacrifice, but is instead unadulterated eating pleasure!
At around $3.25 per bar, I am happy to say that I have never once needed to actually eat a whole bar in order to satisfy a sweet craving. But you know, sometimes, you do get what you pay for. Quality ingredients do not come cheaply. Just look at the price of Fiberfit ... (in both cases... WORTH IT.)
My only real problem with these bars is the nutrition panel's claim of 2g net carbs, but by now you know that I consider the whole "net carb" thing to be pretty much a dangerous game unless it means "subtract dietary fiber ONLY". As long as all the information is there, on the label, consumers can and should decide for themselves how many "net" carbs are in a particular item.

From the manufacturer: "Sinful chocolate... without the sin.
Take the finest, most scrumptious imported European chocolate and sweeten it with sugar-free natural ingredients that taste exactly like sugar, and you get ChocoPerfection.
Even better, these silky-smooth, delicious chocolate bars, with less than 3g Net Carbs actually helps with weight loss, due to their high level of natural dietary fiber. Made from 55% to 63% cocoa solids. No Maltitol. Gluten Free. No Trans Fats.
Ever since losing 180 pounds on the Atkins diet in 2004, Jimmy Moore has since become deeply passionate about helping people who desire weight loss and health improvements through the healthy low-carb lifestyle at his popular blog, podcast show and YouTube videos. That same vigorous enthusiasm for the work he does has been poured into his latest project--a delicious new raspberry dark chocolate creation from the makers of ChocoPerfection called "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Bar."
It's sugar-free, made with only the finest all-natural ingredients available, and only has 2g net carbs for a chocolate experience unlike any other that you've tasted! Add in the fact that it has a robust 12g fiber, 3g protein and a zero ranking on the glycemic index and you've got all the makings of what very well could be the most perfect low-carb chocolate bar ever! This is the way low-carb chocolate was meant to be made!"

Net carbs - 10 or 2??
Well, it all depends on whether you subtract sugar alcohols or not. Maximum net carbs should be counted as 10, if you deduct fiber only, as I do. If it works for you, and you can count it as 2, fine... go for it! Kudos to Jimmy Moore for providing me with a nutrition panel that looks like it makes sense on first reading!
